Professional Interest/Expertise/Specializations:
Dr. Williams' research includes studying faculty engagement, satisfaction and faculty career development, mentoring and leadership in higher education and the health sciences and health professions. Dr. Williams also studies health and social services policy issues related to underserved and minority populations; University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities.
